About CCHAL

Introduction to CCHAL

Principals of the Center for California Homeowner Association Law (CCHAL) are housing and consumer advocates who have been working both independently and collectively for many years to expand and protect the rights of homeowners living in California associations. They have decades of experience in consumer protection.  Principals have now collaborated to found the Center for California Homeowner Assocation Law and to comprise its charter board of directors.  They are dedicated to executing the work described in the Center’s mission statement.  The core purpose of the Center is to protect the rights of homeowners through consumer education, training, and referral services.

The Center is funded through grants, financial support from homeowners, and generous contributions from its founding board of directors.
