CCHAL Website Re-Launched without the Bugs!!

Got confused or frustrated trying to log on to the new CCHAL website?
We’ve fixed the bugs that homeowners reported to us, so if you got blocked trying to JOIN US! please try again!
Here’s the re-built website https://calhomelaw.org/
The website homepage looks the same, but the operating system has been re-built so you need to CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. Don’t use your credentials from CCHAL’s old website – please start FRESH! (Some of the pages are public, meaning no registration is required.)
The CCHAL website includes:
- Successful small claims suits filed by homeowners to challenge association elections, to get financial records, to dispute fines and assessments – these can be used as models
- Videos on mediation and arbitration so HOA neighbors can resolve disputes without going to court
- Links for locating county public law libraries and Self-Help Centers – both resources are FREE.
- Filing complaints with government agencies – how to do it
- Discrimination – what is it? Which agencies take complaints?
- Questions to ask a lawyer before hiring one?
If you find broken/missing links or still have trouble with the JOIN US! page, send an email to info@calhomelaw.org and we’ll get back to you pronto.
And here’s the Center’s 2024 to post on your refrigerator or office bulletin board. You can download and print it. https://calhomelaw.org/home/press-room-newsletter/
