“Giving Tuesday” — Help CCHAL Help Homeowners!

Today is GIVING TUESDAY, the GIVE BACK DAY started by the United Nations Foundation and the 92nd street “Y” in New York.
The Center for California Homeowner Association Law – the advocate the homeowners! — asks you to join the GIVING TUESDAY campaign by donating to CCHAL today so that we can continue our work on behalf of homeowners.
Member contributions to the Center made it possible for CCHAL to
- Get legislation signed into law strengthening the voting rights of homeowners and their right to run for board seats
- Testify in Sacramento this year before the Housing and Judiciary committees
- Get two important HOA cases published in the California Appeals Courts – cases expanding the rights of owners during assessment collection
- Help countless homeowners resolve association disputes and to avoid foreclosure
- Continue its education and outreach to homeowners via the CCHAL website. Newsbriefs published this year by CCHAL are listed here on its Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/CCHALfcbk/
Building, expanding, and maintaining the website is the Center’s largest expense. NO donations go toward CCHAL staff salaries.
HERE ARE THE WAYS TO DONATE
- Become a Contributing Member or Renew your Contributing Membership here by clicking on the JOIN US box on the green menu of the CCHAL homepage https://calhomelaw.org/home/join-us/
- Already a Contributing Member? Just log on to your CCHAL account dashboard and click on the DONATE button to make a donation by credit card: https://calhomelaw.org/my-account/
- And of course we accept old-fashioned checks and money orders (made out to CCHAL) and mailed to 3758 Grand Avenue #56, Oakland, CA 94610.
On behalf of homeowners, CCHAL is making its own donation for GIVING TUESDAY to a vital – and FREE – community resource for homeowners: the Alameda County Law Library https://www.acgov.org/law.
WON’T YOU GIVE TO CCHAL TODAY – AND JOIN YOUR NEIGHBORS, LAW FIRMS, AND NONPROFITS CAMPAIGNING TO PROTECT HOMEOWNERS LIVING IN ASSOCIATIONS?
Warmest best wishes – and our THANKS!
