TAKE ACTION! Either Phone Sacramento or Testify Against New “Health” Assessments

DID YOU PHONE YET?  OR WILL YOU JOIN US! TO TESTIFY AGAINST SB900?

The Senate Housing Committee votes in Sacramento  TOMORROW APRIL 2 at 1:30 on SB900/Umberg that will let boards pass NEW emergency assessments on owners to fix ALL utility lines when a break occurs in a common area – whether or not it’s the UTILITY’S job to fix the lines.

  • Join Us in Sacramento tomorrow to testify against SB900/Umberg!  Email [email protected] and we will explain WHEN and WHERE to meet in Sacramento.

  • Here’s our Facebook page showing HOA owners at the Capitol after testifying https://www.facebook.com/CCHALfcbk/
