TAKE ACTION! Urge the Gov. to VETO Bills That Hurt Homeowners: SB900 and AB2159

Homeowners have a LAST CHANCE to stop two bills hurting their wallets and their voting rights. These bills are now on the Governor’s desk — will he SIGN or VETO?
- SB900 is the legislation requiring homeowners to MAINTAIN AND REPAIR ALL UTILITY LINES DELIVERING GAS, WATER, AND ELECTRICITY TO THEIR HOMES. Financing can be done through emergency assessments which have no dollar cap and require no homeowner vote. A single board director can start the process.
- AB2159 is the internet voting bill that effectively DELETES THE SECRET BALLOT AND CRIPPLES THE RIGHT OF HOMEOWNERS TO CHALLENGE ELECTIONS IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT.
