Synopsis: The homeowner sought HOA minutes and financials.  The board gave her heavily-redacted documents, which the court determined were an unacceptable response to her rights of inspection and copying. She sought $1000 in fines.

[Note that the homeowner amended her original SB100 to expand the statutes under which she sued originally; she also used the small claims subpoena form SB107 in order to force the corporation to produce the requested records for the court.  She also used SC104 Proof of Service.]  The court levied $250 + court costs and ordered the release of specific records.
